If the complainant submits any evidence related to the conduct of the complaint, if there is a reasonable reason to believe that the person holding a public position as mentioned in the complaint has acted improperly, the Commission may file the relevant documents or documents from the relevant office, official or person and important information in that regard. If there is a person who can give, the commission can inquire with such a person.
